Non-Refundable Items
Sale items: These cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gift cards: These are non-refundable.

If approved for a refund:

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage. For handmade items, replacements may vary slightly due to their unique nature.
